VIP Guest Loyalty Program

Dear Guest!

We are glad to introduce you our VIP Guest Reward Program created to stimulate Hotel Tyumen frequent guests.

Each program participant is an owner of a VIP Card that grants discounts while paying for Hotel services. For VIP guests we offer discounts in Four Seasons Restaurant, Vienna café, Lobby Bar, Manhattan Night Club, Vienna-Violetta Confectionary, SPA Centre and also when paying for your accommodation.

1. Please be advised that a discount is granted only upon presence of the VIP Card. Please show your Card when paying the bill.
2. The discount is granted automatically, according to the gained level and the amount of discount and your name will be shown in the receipt. Please always sign the bill while paying for services.

3. VIP Card is not valid for purchasing tickets for Manhattan Night Club.
4. VIP Card is valid for two persons: the owner and the attendant. It cannot be passed over to third parties.
5. In the frames of the reward program multiple discounts do not apply to special proposals. Program participant may choose the maximum discount if applicable.
6. In case of the damage or loss the VIP Card may be replaced upon your request.
7. Please be advised that VIP Card may be blocked if the rules of conduct in the Hotel and terms of use are breached.
8. The Hotel reserves a right to cancel or change the Reward program or its part at any time with or without prior notice.

How to get VIP Card

VIP Card is issued in the following cases:

1. Upon single payment of 5 000 rubles a 5% discount Card is issued. The whole sum is put on your VIP Card account and may be used while paying for services.
2. When paying a bill total to 5 000 rub. or more in bars, restaurants, confectionary or SPA Centre a 5% discount Card is issued.
3. When staying at Hotel:

— from 20 nights 5% discount Card is issued for bars, restaurants, confectionary, SPA Centre.
— from 30 nights 10% discount Card is issued for bars, restaurants, confectionary, SPA Centre and when paying for your accommodation.
— from 50 nights 10% discount Card is issued for bars, restaurants and confectionary. You can also use this Card to get 15% discount at SPA Centre and when paying for your accommodation.

4. In order to get VIP Card you should fill in the Program participant’s questionnaire. The Card is valid next working day after complete documentary registration of the holder.
